Great observation. It’s sad and dangerous when ignorance leads men to undermine their own selfinterest and natural allies. The poor fight the poor. The landless kill the landless. The hungry destroy the piecemeal of the hungry. All following commands of the selfish fat “leaders” who scheme to preserve the status quo inherited from the Europeans. Partisan politics a case in point. And to think a little reading can go a long way to open our minds.

I noticed the ‘connecting’ experience of Uber in London – meeting new, interesting people with alternative perspectives on the world. Great to help break out of our media bubbles. I just hope that Uber’s billions will not stifle even more competition so that this useful service remains competitive. And that the regulated taxi drivers find a way to make better use of tech and reach as the London drivers have with MyTaxi (previously Hailo). Here’s to tech having a positive impact!
